Knowledge Base List

This article will guide you on how to access the list of knowledge base records in Moralius.

To access the knowledge base list screen, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Equipment’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
  2. Click on ‘Knowledge Base’.

 

Fields

The following fields are displayed on this screen:

  1. Title

The title of the knowledge base record.

  1. Asset

The name of the asset linked to the knowledge base record.

  1. Problem

A description of the issue of the knowledge base record.

  1. Reason

The reason of the issue of the knowledge base record.

  1. Remedy

The solution to the issue of the knowledge base record.

  1. Active

Shows whether the knowledge base record is active or not.
